Answers to your quesitons

This document should answer many initial questions and provide information on what to expect during the production process. This document is meant to be a general guideline and will be valid in most cases. However, since everything we produce is unique, there may be certain exceptions.

PRODUCTION INFORMATION

Our minimums generally starts at 100 items per style, and color-way. This applies to most items with basic fabrics or materials, colors, and prints etc. Items with unique or specialty fabrics or material may have higher minimums based on availability and/or difficulty to manufacturer or source.

Since, we are making everything to order as per the clients demands & requirements on the requested products, there isn’t a simple price list available. Nevertheless, if you plan keep on placing repeating orders of the same product, we can prepare custom price lists for you. but, if you need price quote from our end on your required product samples or on order, you can send email us at netson@netsonsports.com to get the whole information on it.

Yes, we highly recommend making at least one or more design or prototype after approved from your end, or pre-production sample before going into production. In some cases (such as technical outerwear) it may be necessary to do multiple prototypes. Prototypes are for fit and build purposes only unless specified by the client. This means they will not have branding and may not be the exact fabrics materials or colors of provided samples or production pieces. In most cases, prototypes are either partially or fully refundable on completion of a production order. Estimated time frame for initial prototype order production is 3-4 weeks. Salesman Samples are also available, these will be built to the exact specifications of your production run including all fabrics or materials and embellishments. Salesman sample production takes an estimated 2-3 weeks.

Sorry, we don’t offer free samples. Because mostly there are many complicated and expensive thing are held during the sampling process. For Example, Expensive Materials, Metal Moulds, Size Grading Patterns, Printing Screens, Printing on big Digital Machines etc. and many other things, If you need information in detail, please email us at netson@netsonsports.com

The length of time it takes for you to receive your samples and prototypes depend entirely on your requirements. With that being said however, we aim to produce a pre-production prototype within 2-3 weeks of order placement. We will discuss this with you throughout the design process.

Typically, our team is able to source and match most requested fabrics and materials for our clients world wide. However, we cannot guarantee that we will find what you are looking for in the open markets. If we are not having the fabrics or manufacturing your materials to specific requirements, we are limited to what is available on the open market. During fabric and material sourcing, type and weight will be prioritized, followed by pattern and colors and other requirements. Based on circumstances and availability, production fabric and material may slightly differ from prototypes and salesman samples.

We help our clients bring just about any design aspect and embellishment desired to life. Most common embellishment applications are screen prints, silicon printing, sublimation printing & embroidery, dtg, dtf heat transfer sticker. If you have questions about other possible embellishment applications please contact us, our team of experts will help every step of the way. Metal Moulds (work such as custom zipper pulls, Embossing, rubber logo and buttons) Certain embellishments (such as full fabric, Rexine, leather, Latex print patterns) may increase the minimum quantities needed to produce your required products and other accessories.

We always encourage placing orders one season in advance. Estimated time-frame for delivery on production is 3-4 weeks depends on quantity or volume of product. Any product may be under or over produced by approximately 5%. In this case we request that the client accept the surplus within these margins. If the client does not wish to take additional product, please contact us to make prior agreements before beginning the process to place an order.

We can ship small orders between 2-3 weeks and repeating orders between within 2 weeks. If you need products delivered faster than that we will arrange & make strategies to plan a better production solution to finish & deliver fastly.

The items shown on our website are intended as a guide to show you the scope of what we can manufacture. Our vast capabilities are such that we can manufacture almost any product within the main categories shown on our website. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Everything we do is on a quote-by-quote basis. Without seeing designs, it’s impossible for us to get a client any real numbers. Prices vary based on quantity, fabrics, embellishments, and many other factors. Clients are asked to send us mockups of what you’d like to make, as well as estimated quantities and target price. After receiving this info, we can start to work out the numbers. The more details provided the better. Obviously, at the lowest minimums (100) the prices are going to be much higher. There are price breaks for higher quantity orders. Please let us know if you would like quotes for different quantities. Our pricing is 100% inclusive and includes all setup fees. If you have experience importing internationally and would like to arrange your own shipping method, please let us know AHEAD OF TIME so we can provide FOB pricing.

Once you make the decision to go into production. After the confirmation of prototype, we require a 50 % deposit to get started, and the remaining 50 % at the time of delivery for large orders. For small quantities it will be 100% advance payment. We accept payment via bank transfer up to $1000 transaction. For small payments transactions we accept Western Union, MoneyGram etc.

Payment information can be found on the invoice or You can ask us separately, our finance department team will be coordinate with you regarding this.

All payments are 100% up-front. For mass productions, 50% up-front and 50% upon completion of your production but before shipping.

Delivery Details

A selection of fully tracked and insured courier services is available and selected to best suit your shipping requirements. We mostly use DHL, FedEx, UPS for shipping Samples although will discuss with you the best solution for your order.

Before you even place an order, you will be teamed up with one of our experts to help you through the entire process from design to delivery. You can either shoot your representative an email, or give us a call. We will be able to give you an update on your order status, and estimated completion date.

Shipping to other Country not included in price. The client is responsible for customs fees, brokers, or any related charges. The client is responsible for shipping unless other arrangements are made. Netson Sports freight delivery usually takes around 1-2 weeks. There may be instances when a delay arises due to customs or holding. Delays from customs are very infrequent; however, we ask that the client be aware of the possibility in case that it arises. We have several house fits that many of our clients use. Otherwise, clients may send samples, which we can recreate and add some minor adjustments (such as added length). A client may also send full tech specs. However, we generally discourage our clients from doing this unless they are highly experienced pattern makers.

Netson Sports will send tech packs or 2D & 3D Mockups to the client for final review and approval before they are finalized for production. At this time, it is the client’s responsibility to review and ask for any changes to be made, or details to be added. Finalized and approved tech packs or Mockups will be used for production orders and Netson Sports is not responsible for any details overlooked during the review process.
